Our Story
GO Medical Recruiting was founded by two longtime friends whose partnership began more than eight years ago and grew out of a shared commitment to healthcare. While pursuing pre-medical paths, we gained hands-on experience as EKG technicians and spent hundreds of hours shadowing physicians and care teams across critical care and mental health settings.
Being present in these environments gave us a firsthand view of the realities of healthcare—the pressure, the teamwork, and the very real human impact behind every clinical decision. We saw how staffing choices influence not just day-to-day operations, but patient outcomes, provider well-being, and the stability of an entire team. These experiences shaped how we think about hiring: thoughtfully, honestly, and with long-term fit in mind.
We created GO Medical Recruiting to stay closely connected to healthcare while building something meaningful and sustainable. Our approach blends clinical understanding with a relationship-driven recruiting model that values transparency, accountability, and trust. The name “GO” comes from our last names and reflects the personal responsibility we bring to every partnership.
Today, we work with healthcare facilities to make dependable, long-term placements—focusing not just on filling roles, but on supporting teams in a way that allows both clinicians and organizations to thrive.
